OK, you've almost convinced me that I must buy a bag of pre-cooked bacon next time I stock up at Costco. Perhaps your next post could be about how to hide such a purpose from my husband (his name on my blog is Mr. Happy- you can laugh- you get the irony!) While he would be upset at me using it, if I served it on a warmed plate, he might get over it. But in case he doesn't, I need a plan B.
