Five Favorites - Spy Wednesday

I'm working on another What We're Reading Wednesday post, but those take mucho tiempo.
Here, read about five of my favorite things again in the meantime.

1.

These adorable patent leather wedges from Payless Shoe Source were only $19.99.  Susan got them in coral, Lucy got them in black.  I would have gotten them in either or both colors, but they would be irritated if we all matched on Easter.

I avoided Payless for years, but their products seem to have improved greatly while I was away.  In addition to having cute, yet sensible wedges, my girls love their American Eagle line.  And with three women in the house, none of whom wear the same size, their prices can't be beat.

2.

I have used this for at least a decade.  I recently got all fancy and tried an under eye brightener.  Too smeary.  I went back to my tried and true Neutrogena 3-in-1 Concealer for eyes.  I don't just use it for eyes either.  I use it to hide the perma-red around my nose too.  BFFs 4 Ever.

3.

We are headed for a warmer climate today!  My favorite airplane snack by far is Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds.  Tastes like bacon.

4.

The best scent.  A few years ago while on Spring Break, a friend and I took our kids to Greek town.  We hit the Hellenistic museum, a restaurant (of course), and popped in a few shops.  One of the shops had the most amazing selection of pillar candles in various Church-y scents with names like Odor of Holiness.  I made that one up, but that's really what the names were like.  I think this might have been the place.

I seriously love the smell of incense.  It's going to be a good week for that.

5.  My obsession with vintage Little Golden Books is closely tied to my obsession for old Disney.  Jill danced for the whole 7 minutes of this little cartoon short.

Have a blessed week!
